Relief Childcare Staffing Solutions

Catkins on the Move provides a Relief Childcare Staffing Service in order to cover for staff absences, planned or unplanned in the childcare environment.

   Why might I need the service?  Have you ever worried you may not meet your ratios due to staff being absent for whatever reason? There are various circumstances that you would come across during the year such as

 

  • Unforeseen illness
  • Annual leave
  • Hospital/dentist appointment
  • Very busy times
  • One off events such as staff training
  • Maternity leave
 Catkins on the Move is the solution to this problem.

Do you have qualified staff available?  We have a panel of staff that we have carefully selected and interviewed. All of the staff on our panel hold childcare qualifications and have Garda Clearance.   Our staff are qualified, experienced and dedicated to childcare.  We will also supply you with a copy of the relief staff qualifications and Garda vetting for your records. 

How much notice do you need to give?  Obviously the more notice there is the better. Ideally at least 24 hours notice would suffice, however unforeseen absences can be immediate, so we will do our best to provide the cover you require.  

What are the advantages?  You have peace of mind knowing there is a flexible service to ensure you meet your child/staff ratios with qualified and Garda vetted staff.  We offer you the advantage of reducing your administration, as we invoice you.  You also do not have to worry about making a commitment to us – i.e. we come to you as you need us.
